Listen!! I suffered from fibroids after having four children. My period was typically 4/5 days and I would cramp the day before I came on. The first time I bought this product, I used one the day before I came on. I cramped a lot more than usual and the flow was extra heavy. I used another balancer the day before I went off my period. I’m here to say my fibroids are gone. I use balancers every month on the last day of my periods. I don’t have cramps at all anymore. I am only on for 3 full days and the fourth day it’s literally like non existent but I take that day jus to allow the balancer to do it’s job.
