Thank you for your purchase. Your support and loyalty is important to us. As you all know our brand is now viral. We are a small family owned and operated business. Because of this please allow up to 21 business days to receive a tracking number. Once your tracking number is sent, please send all additional communication to UPS as it is no longer in our possession. All order issues need to be reported to info@thepinknookie.com within 30 days of purchase.

Our processing time is based on business days. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. If you ordered on a sale please allow additional time for processing.

Expedited Shipping

We offer several expedited shipping options. Any order that a customer has paid for expedited shipping is our priority. This means that they will not have to wait 21 business days. However, the shipping speed is guaranteed by the carrier, not BrepHreshed LLC.

DAMAGED/LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES:

 If your package is lost/stolen or damaged after we hand the package to UPS, during delivery or while you are home, BrepHreshed LLC cannot be responsible. All lost/stolen/damaged  package claims must be made with UPS. Once you receive a tracking number it is your responsibility to contact UPS about issues regarding your package. Unfortunately, once we hand over your package to UPS we have no more information about your package.  If your package arrives damaged, lost or stolen, please contact UPS to open up a claim. UPS is responsible for reimbursing you for their negligence.

INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES:

If you are making an international order, please note we use USPS. Once a package leaves the United States to go to your country, the US postal site stops tracking it. You will need to contact the post office or customs in your country with questions concerning your package. Please keep in mind the rules and regulations that your country has for products that are allowed to enter the country. We are not responsible for any items that are held by customs if the country prohibits the items. We are not responsible for additional custom fees we have no control over this.

INVALID ADDRESS:

If you make a mistake on the address and the package and it is returned to sender we will require payment for an additional shipping fee. Please be careful when typing address we would hate for you to repay for shipping. You do not receive a refund on your initial shipping payment because this was paid to USPS and if your product was sent out/ scanned in a facility they will not refund the postal fee.
